Entrepreneurs and small business owners are passionate, ambitious and aren't afraid to put in the hard work - but when it comes to digital marketing, all the passion seems impossible to convey into a website or in social posts. And what good is it doing anyway?!

That's where a helpful friend or consultant comes in.

Your digital marketing presence should be:

  • Consistent: Contact info, hours, and services should all be the SAME across any and all profiles, posts, and resources.

  • Manageable: If you can't post every day to Instagram, don't. It's important your content is authentic and participation online is manageable - don't force it.

  • Linked up: Include a link. Even if you think someone can find the next page or step easily in navigation, include a link. Make it easy.

  • To the point: Speak in the terms and language your customers, clients, and the public use to describe yourself and what your do.

That's it. But these are the minimum digital marketing can be. Which means that doing MORE is when the fun starts.
